Hi am Arun Selva Kumar, on 11-Oct-2015 traveled from Madurai to Chennai at SETC Airbus. PNR number is T[protected]Bus timing 8.15pm at Mattuthavani bus stand- Madurai, Route no-137v, Bus ID no: E-2316 & Trip Code: 2015MADCHE)

Bus started exactly by 8.15pm on last night and by nearing to Trichy had a heavy rain till Villupuram rain continues...

Nearly about 2.30 hours (160 KMs) every one the bus were standing and we cant able to take our seats, because rain waters are getting into the bus through all the windows though all of them are closed and entire bus is flooding with rain water...

Similarly before some days had a same kind of experience the whole night all the passengers are came by standing that is happen (Bangalore to Chennai route Dated on 21-Sep-2014 PNR No: T8555070) for this have written a mail to [protected]@tnstc.in but no response, then for what sake they have given the below statement in SETC site... (in SETC site under Suggestion tab they have clearly mentioned 'Yours valuable suggestions and complaints to improve our service, Please Submit Your Suggestions Here: [protected]@tnstc.in')

Hope the ticket fare is inclusive of passengers Travel charge + Comfort + security. But this kind of buses your having means what kind of comfort & Security that your are giving to the passengers. because of this quality less bus on yesterday whole night we traveled with rain water and am now suffering from heavy Cold & Head ache and not able to work at office today...

Am not blaming the Driver & Conductor, because what they also can do on this type of situations, only the maintenance is very worst please take necessary actions for maintaining the bus quality. Because passenger are not having any type of safety on these types of buses, please take necessary actions on maintaining the buses quality.
