Drainage Overflow and Potholes on the road

Hi, I am a resident of Kundalahalli Gate(Lane beside Golkonda Chimney Restaurant), Bangalore. My lane is an perfect example of a residential cum commercial area. It comprises many apartments, Offices and Shops wherein lots of people(More number of school going children and elders) and vehicles have to pass by . The road does not seem to be in a condition that makes commutation comfortable. It is uneven and has lot of pot holes throughout...

Asked to resign after background check

Hi,

This post is in regards to my wife's resignation from TCS dated 24th October 2012.

She was working with company xxx from January 2011.
In July 2012 she faced severe health problem and had to take couple of months rest as per doctor's advice.
Meanwhile, she was interviewed and selected by TCS.

She got a selection letter from TCS on 20 September 2012 and had to finish...

Can I claim IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) in w she was also admitted in the hospital for a day. and the procedure is almost 160000.

Regarding car parking

Hi,
I have purchase a flat in Airoli, Navi mumbai.We are living there from last 8 months.Now the builder is not handover the documents for society mentioning the reason that he wants to sell out his parking area.
In our building there are 24 flats & the parking is for only 10 cars.shall we purchase the parking from the builder?
After making the society is it legal that we only have the builder letter head mentioning...
