I did recharge on 5th of Jan2023 to reactivate Tata Play Bing service with the help of Bing app and used phone pay app. After doing recharge still I was not able to see bing services. So I called customer for the purpose. So they checked from their side that recharge is done or not of Rs. 199/-. SO they said recharge is successful and I will activate from their side. After that I was see bing services. After 5-6 days I found that bing services charges deducted from my Tata Play account. So I called & raised 2 times complaint with tata play customer care. On 16th Jan they said you will get refund within 7 days. But till today I didn't get that. So again I called them, they asked to share bank statement to check whether I received refund or not. Next day(24th Jan 2023) I received call from them mentioning share transaction ID. So shared transaction ID from phonpay and also from bank account statement. So they said this is Tata Play transaction ID. But in actual on both transaction ID it's mentioned it's debited towards Tata Play. In short they denied with wrong reason.
