I recharged for rs 9500 on 03/03/2016 for payment of the 1st connection, 2nd connection and for hd channels for 1 year while speaking to the tata sky associate. My subscriber id is [protected]. I had upgraded from sd box to hd box the same day where the offer was that the box upgrade was free and i had to pay rs 1500 for the hd channels for the year which i did.
I got an sms on 27th and 30th june saying that i have to pay for hd channels. My hd services have been cut for 1st of july onwards. They have charged me for the box, which was actually a free upgrade.
I have spoken to about 6 people and got different answers. Their answers are as under:
- you should have been charged rs 1500 instead of rs 990.
- you have to pay rs 510 for us to restart your hd channels.
- you should have called the customer care after recharging for us to make the changes.
A couple of associates with whom i spoke first had the audacity to put me on hold without informing me and didn't bother to answer and the other one cut the line when she could not answer.
I had sent an email to the nodal officer and it was of no help. Looks like he didn't do his research to resolve the issue. I emailed him again thrice and received no reply from the nodal officer. I also sent the screenshot showing my subscription status. I got a reply from customer care asking for my alternate number which i provided but haven't received a call till date. I have emailed the nodal officer and the customer care again today with the screenshot. I also am not getting hd services that i paid for from july 1, 2016 till date. I have to reimbursed for that as well.
I hope this issue is cleared asap or tata sky will be labelled as crooks and cheats. Was this information helpful? |
