Tata Sky — I'm complaining about recharge and activation problem

My registered mobile number is [protected] in name of Prakash Rasiklal Parikh, yesterday i made my recharge worth rupees 990+45 for activation of HD services. but now tatasky coustomer care executive refuse to active my services.and demanding for more payment or refused to revesre my money . and coustomer care exeucutive do not give me right information about recharge . and i face problem onbehalf of them.
