Tata Sky — installation of tata sky package

I have ordered for a tata sky package on 21.09.2020, and booked a slot between 9am to 12pm of 22.09.2020. My subscriber id is [protected]. Today ar about 11:30am a technician told my by phone, that, within one hour the system will be installed. His mobile no. Is [protected]. But, till now, none have come to my doorstep.
