Tata Sky — refund not credited in account still 1 month gone

I apply 4 refund amount in my sub. I'd :[protected] of 1785 rs. From tatasky on date 31 october 2019, after 1 month gone. Not any single action taken by tatasky. Very bad service. I want immediately action on it. They replied on call that they already refunded but not gave proper reverse tranction details. I also attached tr. Proof which not done actually.

They replied that amount credited in your bank credit card account but Still not credited amount in my account..
