[Resolved] Tata Sky — signal problem, customer support problem

Hi, I am facing signal problem in my tata sky, when i called to customer care, they are say that additional changes will deducted from account. When i asked to them why extra changes would be deducted while tata sky is a services provide and i am using their services on paid basis then if am face problem then why extra charges for checking and rectify the services.
