Tata Binge says 3-month subscription is free with the Tata binge 299 plan and after 1 month they charged me 179 extra for Amazon Prime . When I contacted customer care they said "sorry Sir its 1 month and this will not repeat again" . I never understood what they meant by not repeating again. Still today I get the same message for 3 months free subscription when I open TataPlay chat response.
Customer care is pathetic - every time you get a new response
Nodal office - They try to prove the customer is wrong, and that there is no fault on their end.
Such a shame if no senior person from tataplay is even keeping an eye on such complaints.
