I am a tata play subscriber ([protected]) for a couple of years. Today[protected] I got a message and said I have been charged Rs 350 for activating Binge Plus Mega subscription, which I havent requested from my side. So I raised a complaint (56zdm1fa). The executive called me and said, only I can activate and deactivate the packs and I did it from my side. I am 100% sure that I havent activated any plans in the Binge as I already has subscription to Amazon Prime, Netfix and Hotstar.
Now they are saying the amount cant be refunded. Please resolve this complaint. I am trying to raise the same complaint to TRAI also with a written email from tata play where they are stating these are my problems. Was this information helpful? |
