someone is making fraud by using name of tech mahindra

poor management

Hi everyone i am really fade up and frustrated by the behavior of rto in tech mahindra
I work as a customer executive for flipkart process in tech mahindra chandigarh.
The total working hours is here 8 hours and along with staffing hours it's total of 9 hours in which there are 3 break 15 min of 2 tea break and a lunch or dinner break of 30 minutes but the break is allowed only if avail is there

case of payment recovery filed against me from tech mahindra after recovery of payment and ffs.

I am ex-employee of the Mahindra Satyam[protected] and Tech Mahindra[protected] . There was an outstanding amount of 33995/- to be made towards FFS during 2010 and I have cleared it in 2011 through paying off through DD soon I received the FFS email from Exit-Pay roll.
To my surprise in year 2014 Tech Mahindra has registered case against me for the same amount to be recovered. I have never got any intimation or letter...

delay in pf withdrawal

negative payment settlement done but yet not acknowledged since 9 months and more

While parting from the company i was told to make a payment (8547/-) via a demand draft to be couriered to the company.

I did that. The web site to record the details was not working and so have emailed the concerned folks many times.

They keep sending me notices. Today i have received a legal notice.

Since they don't pick up the phone, respond to my email communications and keep sending me legal...

pf withdrawal from mahindra satyam

bad working environment
