fake offer letter

I received a offer letter saying my profile has been selected by company out of 128 candidates in which the requirement is 28 posts. I received it thorough phone message and mail. They asked me to pay 1000 rupees, which is the security amount and in that they insisted that it is refundable during the time of recruitment and the gate pass will be sent through courier. fake jobs

I got a mail regarding a job. The mail says we are giving you job as your profile got shortlisted in naukari.com. They want me to pay rs.1000/- as a security deposit and asked me to share all my details. Please take some action against these fraud who are doing these kind of activities and put them jail so that they can never do any kind of these fraud things anymore.

not getting shift allowance for about an year now

Currently in tech mahindra from sept-2018,
Got a project where in they held my project allocation for 4 months or so in name of training (Was working for the project but still was considered to be on buisness wait).
Later was mapped into the project and am asked to work in 2nd (15:00-00:00) shift by my manager but he isn't approving my allowance for about 6 months now, reason being my team doesn't get enough billing... br...

fake offer letter. i think so

Today in morning i got a message and in that it was written you are selected for tech mahindra and your offer letter is attached in a link and that link goes to free domain.
I searched on google for fake tech mahindra offer letters and same letter popped up in my search.
I am just helping company like they should introduce a department which keeps check on all these fake activities....

concerns on women safety

Women are ask to work after 7pm without providing cab facility or any security protection.
Public transport is very worst in the viman nagar area as we cannot get direct transport from most of the part of pune to viman nagar. Need change atleast two buses.
The condition becomes worst after 7pm
As the frequency is very less and all buses are crowded.
And in the rainy season it becomes worst than ever.

tl & manager complaining about

Sorry to tell that we are happy to work for company but the problems in working here are that our tl vallari desai's behavior is not good at all... She is very rude in spite of no mistakes she misbehaves and same goes for the manager... We had given complain in office verbally and written too., but nothing changed plz take some action... Hr also doing same thing... Ignoring complains.. And some salary issues are going on tooo...

relieving letter

I missed out on procuring my relieving letter 5 years back and now need it. I was working out of tech m hyderabad in 2014. The exit team doesn't even have my records and neither the portal carries it. They asked for my resignation acceptance which i sent them on email and they mentioned they ll send it shortly. How? When? Is not answered at all. The exit team doesnt have a number just an automated mailbox. Pls help....

I am complaining about a job offer through shine

I have received a job offer for Tech Mahindra through shine.They are demanding an amount for document verification. They are asking me an amount of 5050. This is a fake offer.Kindly respond me for this.
He asked us first for 3000 and then after he asked 5050. With this he says that he has legal authorisation giving a fake job offer.

regarding my experience letter and relieving letter not yet released, they are collecting 154000 outstanding amount.

Regarding my experience letter and relieving letter which is not released yet, they are collecting 154000 outstanding amount, i don't know exact reason of collecting this amount even i dropped mail multiple time to pacehr&hub team for call back to me for more clarification so that i can figure it out.
I have paid all taxes till march 2019 every month my salary was deducted with tax and after march 2019, april 2019 onwards i had declaired...

salary pending

I have worked at techm bpo of vadodara branch as a cc executive for 3 months, i have left job after full resigning process because my personal reason as shifted to another city, still they are not giving my salary of 15 days of april 2019. Our hr team ms shreeya singh is also not responding properly, that is too much time they have taken for any clearance.....

fraud degree documents by tech mahindra employee

This guy — check out vamsi padamati’s profile on linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/in/vamsi-padamati-475a53181 didn't clear btech instead took fake degree certificates and joined in big mnc tech mahindra ridiculous thing is he is working there over one year this complaint should be checked and background should be done in dmsvh engineering college, machilipatnam and check out his records as soon as possible....

tech mahindra hitech city sez playing with employees

Tech mahindra recruiting officers for non voice and putting them into calls. And terminating the employees within a week. On non performance ground holding the salaries for 60days. So many employees are suffering. Waste company ever seen lot of deductions in the salary. Request the people who have dependents please don't join the company
