My courier was coming from coimbatore. According to the website of TPCindia, my courier show in transit and collected at TPC office, surat. It was there on May 15, 2021. Consignment no - CJB4485367.

I called the office and a woman answered. First, she said there no such courier and number. Then after sometime she said yes there is. She misbehaved a lot. She said the courier is delievered. Apparently, the courier was delievered...

I am Dr Vidya .I had a courier from shimoga ( my MBBS and degree certificate) to AIIMS Bhubaneswar which was reached in Bhubaneswar office on 9th September.Without attempting delivery or contacting the number given in address, they have returned the courier back . I had sent a courier via Professional Courier – BANGALORE on 13 July and the Courier detail : BLR[protected], the courier has not reached the destination till date. Attaching the details in the email please refer.
When I tried reaching customer care no.[protected], I did not get proper response nor with so many phone calls also they did not provide me with a complaint no. to track my issue. When I go out to office they say Manager...

On 17th May 2021, a text message was received that due to covid there will be a delay in delivery. But I haven't received it yet.

and when it came to delivering my house they said that they are not willing to deliver the product/package as it contains urgent medicines.

They said that they are not willing to deliver my product at my home address and if I dont comply with they would throw awaymy product...

The level of service by professional couriers is much worse. My friend bought me medicine from USA and he sent it on courier from Madurai to Mumbai. I expected the parcel to by very next day. It's been 5 days. I never got a call. I tracked the consignment online. And I saw the package was delivered to you along with signature acknowledgement. I phoned the professional courier office immediately and one of the executive is telling me so cool...

No response and no call.
Then I went to parcel office near kvr tower kannur, kerala.on September 9th.
I have waited to there for 30 minutes but no idea were to the parcel has gone.

After so much of tolerance am writing this. Profession couriers in Thiruverumbur, Trichy, Tamil which carries a pincode 620013 is not delivering the courier to door steps for past 8 to 10 years. Their store is also located in 620013 pincode as that of my home, but they deny to deliver it telling the area is not under coverage. They collect money completely and cheating the public. The staffs were totally lethargic telling "Go and complaint...

I had sent a courier with tracking number PNQ[protected] on 31st August. It's been 9 days the status is still in transit and no one is picking the call in the Head Office or Mumbai contact centers. The register complaint option doesn't work on your website. I was told that the courier will reach in 5-6 days. This is really frustrating....

My consIgnment number is SKM700213 parcel sent from Srikakulam to Kakinada it's almost 10days still didn't received the parcel .when I contact professional service in Srikakulam they are saying it's delivered but recieved didn't receive it and tracking also showing its still transit from last ten days and there is no moment from past 6 days....

Sir I am from Haldwani Uttarakhand and booked one parcel to Kolkata vide docket no. RDR[protected] on 28.08.2021 which was insured for Rs. 4000.

The same is delivered to Kolkata but broken.

As I had paid premium for parcel risk coverage so the courier must refund my money rs 4000.

I had called to local office, rudrapur office and Chennai office but all in vein.

I had booked a courier from Chennai to Bangalore and the consignment number is PRO12143611. The parcel reached Bangalore. However, the delivery staff who brought the parcel refused to deliver it to the apartment, stating that the person has to come downstairs to the Main Gate of the Apartment Complex to receive it. The attitude and conduct of the delivery staff was extremely rude and even on being told that it was impossible for the receiver...
