Few months back only Bought 9A series Thomson TV which is not functioning well since it was delivered and since last 2 weeks not getting switched on only. It's in warranty. Several time wrote emails and calls to Thomson customer care but no one is listening my issue. Somehow last week they sent technician and technician confirmed it's a motherboard issue and it has to be replaced. After that I made so many calls but noone is bothering about my complaint.
