Non Receipt of Coupons against yearly subscription

I had submitted a cheque amounting to Rs.390/- on 21/07/2009 towards yearly subscription for Times of India Daily Newspaper, Kolkata edition vide cheque no. 851903 of Canara Bank, Jadavpur Branch, Kolkata - 700032, which was cleared on 30/07/2009 as per my bank statement. But I have not yet received redemption coupons till date. I telephoned several times to the Kolkata ofiice but no action has been taken....

No Proper Service & Demanding for Extra Money without Delivery of the product

Sir,

This is to bring notice to you that i have purchased a HEALTH COMBO product which is displayed on times of india paper ( shopping Column ) 1st Oct 2009 through my ICICI Credit Card and made a payment of 949/- which was deducted from my account at the same time. Non-delivery of Newspaper for 1 year offer

I had subscribed to Times of India Chennai Edition for 12 months at Rs.299/- offer in the month of April. I was receiving the newspaper in a rather irregular manner for about 3 months.

Since the last 2 months, I have NOT RECEIVED a single copy of the newspaper.I called up TOI office several times, sent several e-mails, so far I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED FAKE ASSURANCES that the problem will be solved within 48 hours.

Refund of the money: Order Number: 111780045

hi,
I had bought the 14 pear set as advertised by times of india. Since the quality was so low I returned it the next day. Total amount paid is Rs 3199/-. on 22nd August 2009. Whenever I enquired they kepts telling within 7 days I will get the DD. But till today I have not got .
They are dogging me telling I will get within 7 days and that day never came.

Unfair trade practives of Times of India

I and my family have been regular readers of TOI for many years in Bangalore. We continued subscribing it even after moving to our smaller native in Udupi but found that its Mangalore edition, which though priced the same as in Bangalore, was far inferior both in paper quality, quantity, news content, and supplements.

We did complain, first directly to TOI, but to no avail, and also through Consumer Education and Research...

Vian Infrastructure-Fraud

These people are big time fraud.I paid money to buy a plot in Jaipur but since no development work was carried for 2-3 yrs I requested for refund.I'm following these people for last 2 year for my money.
Hey it's a fraud company floated by the PSG people.
I've also talked to people who have been monitoring this company for 2 years.

I am Vikas and just shifted to Chennai. I bought a subscription of Times of India newspaper of rupees 299 from the trade center on 08 august 2009. Readers of TOI at Ajmer are being deprived of getting the full contents of TOI everyday. we are not being supplied with Times LIfe , education times Jaipur times and also page 3 and the page with sudoku and othe puzzles and healthcapsule. we strongly protest against this discrimination amongst readers of TOI of different cities. Subscription Coupon

I have subscribe six monthly scheme of The Times of India and paid two cheques in favour of Bennet Colman bearing cheque no. 244758 dated 06/04/2009 of Rs. 100.00 and 244759 dated 06/04/209 of Rs.375 and both cheque honoured.

I have not received any coupon from their representative till today, when complain for the same got reply that i have given coupon to you at the time of getting cheque.

Discrimination

Dear Sir,
Iam regular reader of TOI since 1980. Earlier we used to get TOI Mumbai edition in my city (Kolhapur).
The quality of paper was good till they started Pune edition. Both quality and quantity (no. of pages) is diminished. We are not getting value for money. The news are stale, any coverage after 10 P.M is covered after 3 days (that is today’s any event after 10 P.M is published in the news paper of day after...

variation in printed edition & epaper edition

It has been found that there is a variation between the printed edition and epaper edition of Times Of India newspaper (Mumbai). Both the editions do not match at all and the news in both totally vary. this is wrong and confusing for readers of both types. so what is the reason behind this and also the major question is about the accuracy of the two?...

Harassment by the bank executive to settle the fraud transactions taken place on my CC

To the concerned authority for the fraud transactions taken place on my CC

This is the mail that I have mailed to the bank to inform about the fraud transactions but nothing has happened so far. Every three months I receives call from the recovery agent threatening to clear the dues or else I have to face the toughest task.

non receipt of coupens

I have paid Rs. 399/- vide cheque no. 222724 drawn on centurion bank of punjab on dated 15/2/09 for one year subscription of The Times of India newspaper. The cheque has been given towards order no. RTOY 3108427 to RRE Mr. R. Yadav (code R01193) of lake town depot. I did not get the coupen booklet even after four months of the cheque payment which was debited in my account 23/2/09.
