For last two months paper getting delivered around 9 am instead of 6:30 AM. I have raised multiple compliant to Times of India about deficiency in services in delivering newspaper by their authorized vendors. There is no action taken or response despite multiple calls and complaint register through emails. Every time when i raise complaint next day I receive notification to complete the feedback without taking any action. Complaints reference GMR 159026, 01396702, 01387668, 0137189. I have paid yearly subscription and renewed in the month of Jan '24 and asking for refund due to deficiency in services and responsiveness Was this information helpful? |
