[Resolved]  Times Of India — NON-DELIVERY OF NEWSPAPER (ECONOMICS TIMES)

I have paid the yearly subscription for Economics Times vide receipt No, MM [protected] vide my chq. No. 043285 dt 9/11/13 drawn on Union Bank of India Versova Branch, Area Code MH016 for the Subscription from 1/12/2013 to 30/11/2014 Vendor Code No. 21486967 and Coupon No. 253101 Copy of Subscription order Enclosed. I say that all of a sudden since 10/11/2014 Your Vendor Mr. Murugaonkar has stopped delivering Newspaper. Though the Subscription is valid till 30/11/2014, I have made several request but he did not responded, Ultimately I requested several times to Mr, Mahendra (In-charge of Andheri (W) Depot) for Non-Delivery of Newspaper but no response from him also, details of phone calls made to Mr. Mahendra on Tel No. [protected] as follows:- Date Time 1. 16/11/14 9.56 am 2. 17/11/14 10.25 am 3. 8..41 pm 4. 18/11/14 11.32 am 5. 12.05 pm 6. 19/11/14 7.13 am 7. 20/11/14 10.58 am 8. 11.12 am did not picked phone 9. 11.17 am 10. 21/11/14 7.11 am 11. 7.34 am did not picked phone 12. 7.36 am did not picked phone 13. 7.40 am did not picked phone 14. 7.42 am did not picked phone 15. 22/11/14 7.29 am 16. 7.39 am 17. 8.09 am 18. 23/11/14 8.01 am I don’t understand that when I have paid the Subscription Money and is valid till 30/11/14 then why I should not receive the newspaper on and above Mr. Mahendra says that Murugaonkar the Vendor not agreeing to deliver the newspaper I don’t understand how the Vendor Mr Murugaonkar is ordering to Mr. Mahendra (representative of a big Company Like The Times of India.) It is really surprising.!!! I give herewith my little summary in the matter:- 1. I was also the Subscriber for DNA Paper as DNA has increased the rate and I had stopped it 2. Vendor Mr. Murugaonkar has taken all the coupons of Economic Times by force in the starting of the Year. 3. As I stopped DNA even though he delivered the Newspaper. 4. I called the Vendor Mr. Murugaonkar 2 times for DNA Newspaper delivery but he did not replied. 5. On 10th Nov 2014 Vendor Mr. Murugaonkar has sent a bill of Rs. 110/= for the delivery of DNA Newspaper on daily rate basis, . I called him immediately and told him I will not make the payment. 6. The Vendor Mr Murugaonkar has stopped the DNA and as well as Economics Times. 7. I took the objection against Mr. Murugaonkar to Mr. Mahendra but he could not do anything. Now please tell me where is my fault I request you to restart Economic Times and also take the cheque for Next years subscription. It seems that Vendor Mr. Murugaonkar has not permitted to do so, It seems that Mahendraji is not the employee of The Times of India (Economics Times} but the employee of Mr. Murugaonkar.
