On[protected] at 10:32 pm I paid Rs 29 to Times of money limited for an in-game purchase in Free fire but the purchase was not done although I paid the required amount.

Payment not clear

Yesterday (22 JUN 2021) I purchased in app “Guns of Boom” of Rs. 250
I not received any app purchased. But my payment is done.
My last payment is not showing in play store payment history.
App developer said me that your payment is not clear, but my payment is received to INB Times of Money Limited.
Tell me where is my payment. And why not clear. If you are not able to clear please refund me.
