I've bought the brawl stars gems pack that's worth 449 rupees on 28/05/2021. My money was debited but i didn't get anything in the pack. When i checked playstore, it said that the money hasn't been recieved by playstore yet.in my bank statement, it's clear that it went to times of money limited. I opted for an in app purchase in Pes 2021. Amount debited was Rs.2699. But, after successful transaction, I was redirected to a page " There was an error". Though, I made the purchase again and obtained my service in the 2nd buy. I need my refund for the first transaction which ultimately failed as I didn't get my service.

I've made an in-app purchase through google play worth Rs.1700, the money was debited from the account but the purchase wasn't sent to me. No confirmation was given after the payment was completed. It's been almost 3 days but not the refund was given nor the purchase was given.
Purchase was not showing in purchase history of google play. Help me out with this....

It's been 11 days since I posted the complaint regarding my money being deducted without giving the receipt . I didn't receive any receipt of the payment on Google play store .My money was deducted (Rs 159) and I received 2 messages regarding the deduction of money . Please do refund .

I have tried to topup diamonds for my free fire profile with Rs.800 on 14 MAY 2021.

With playstore my payment was cancelled but my bank showing my money has been deducted and sent to "TRANSFER TO[protected] INB Times of Money Limited - [protected]IGALDBJAT8"

So refund my money immediately or I'm going to take severe action against this company legally....
