Amount not credited in OLYMPTRADE.

I made a deposit of Rs 1494 to OLYMPTRADE ACCOUNT. The Amount had deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting in my OLYMPTRADE ACCOUNT. I made a deposit on 20/02/2021. I had interacted with cuatomer caare of OLYMPTRADE several times, but they are just requesting me to send bank statement through email to register a complaint. So I did it today. Times of Money 6K transferred for vendor but not reflecting

I had paid to google ADwords Campaign to Google through Timesof Money & got 6000 transferred. As per my bank statement, it shows paid to [protected]CHF7266499 TRANSFER TO[protected] . But as per google they never received the money
