Purchase not made ever after debit

I have purchased credit points on Call Of Duty game on 28/03/2021 for the amount 1949.00 Rs.Money is debited from my account to "Times of money limited'' but the purchase wasn't delivered on the game.check the transaction and either offer me the refund or COD points on game....

Udemy Course purchase through TimesofMoney

I purchased a udemy course on[protected] for 449 rupees through TimesofMoney payment on google play. But I can't access that course and udemy don't recognize my purchase. I didn't even receive any confirmation mail from udemy regarding course purchase. The transaction is also not present in google play purchase history. But the money is deducted from the account by TimesofMoney. It is clearly marked in my bank statement. I think this is money...
