Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 15th april at 1 via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 600+.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

I had made a purchase of 3999 rupees for "mobile legends" (Online game) yesterday. Due to some internet problem the payment page got stuck and the purchase was failed.

Dated 2nd april 2019, i purchased a diamond pack in mobile legends: bang bang worth rs. 399/-. Due to network issue, the transaction was unsuccessful, the money got debited from bank account but did not recieve the diamonds.

I tried to get the pubg mobile prime plus subscription by paying an amount of rs 400/- through my credit card to google play services. The amount got deducted successfully from the bank but in app it told me purchase error. Now when i go back to my pubg mobile account it is asking me to buy the prime plus subscription to enjoy the benefits but the amount already got deducted.
