I'm filling this complaint about my recent purchase coins of games in temple run apps... I paid rs. 430 of two times. Ive transaction total rs.860 (430rs.+430rs.) dated on[protected]. The amount was deducted from my account. But i need return my money. My account details last four digits 8320 and your reference no. Is 91648223 & 38878753....

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

Customer care centres are unreachable.

deduction of rs 399 igg games lords mobile but it not credited to account.

Hi i'm filing this complaint about my recent purchase of monster slayer (800 gems) chest (35 each items) in lords mobile game using google play. I paid rs. 399. The amount was deducted from my account but the purchase was not successful and i didn't get the slayer chest and gems. The email id link to igg id[protected] is [protected]@gmail.com.

I am surprising to note that an amount of rs.30/- has been from my sbi account on 18th june 2019, 23rd june 2019 and 11th july 2019 without giving any information to me. I don' know how it is possible to deduct rs.30/- from any account without giving any intimation.
It is requested to look into the matter and refund rs.30/- in my account as soon as possible....
