Hi Team, I have been cheated by the Tradus Team, as i have ordered a CDMA Mobile Handset of MTS, I opened that and it is not compatible with my Reliance Sim. Tradus is asking me to Visit the services center of MTS which 40-50Kms far from my place. I am working in a 24/7 environment in different shifts., it is highly inconvenient for me. I am asking then to accept the return and they are compelling me to visit the service center to get the handset repaired. Why should i go to the service center when i do not need this product. Its not my mistake if that is not compatible with my sim. They are taking there hands out of it. I need my refund, that's it. Please help me in getting rid of this issue, this is really very annoying. Thanks & Regards Abhijeet Singh

    Hi, I have placed order for "Real Red B004 Brown Ankle Length Boots" and Sub-Order ID is "11933037_01". I have placed order on 3rd Jan, 2013 and they have mentioned delivery time 1-2 dyas on product "Sold By : Buzzonnet E-Commerce Solution (Ships in 1 - 2 days)" but yet i haven't received my product so now i am cancelling my order and want refund so they are not reacting on this issue and not giving my refund.       I received my product today on 03/01/2014 which i ordered on 30/01/2014 but its not the same product which I saw on the website. The product is completely different from the picture and its also defective so i want you to please refund my money back or replace it. My sub order id is 11900291_01.           We bought two products from trauds.com and found them to be duplicate so i immediately raised this issue with tradus.com and they asked me to ship them the item back. They promised me that once when they receive the package they would initiate the refund however i'm still awaiting for any response on that. This gave me a lot of emotional stress and financial setback, i would suggest people to be aware of tradus.com. This is with reference to my complaint for Casio EdificeEF-558D-1AV against the sub-order ID 11545674_02 and my return of the product through Aramex as suggested by Tradus.com and the tracking number for the above product is [protected].

            Sir, I do online shopping and I always get good products.But this time I did online shopping from tradus.com. As so many of my friends have done. I have placed 5 orders out of them I got 2. both of them are wrong, they are not the same as I have ordered..Now i m trying to tell my problems via mail or phone, they are not responding . when they delivered I was not at home.they took money from my father. plz help me

              I placed an order (Sub-Order ID: 11678538_01) with Tradus.com for "ORIGINAL SAMSUNG EB504465VU Battery “ on Cash on Delivery option @rs 490 on 4/12/13. I have received the product on 9/12/13 by ARAMEX courier. After that when I open the the package I foend that the battery which I received is not genuine and doesn’t contain any Warranty bill. Battery which I receved is in loose pack and have some pressure mark on it. Now I want to return the product and want my money back but no correct information is found.                 Gupta Stationery from Delhi who is selling on Tradus is a cheater, fraud and non serious seller. Tradus as well supports his frauds. Purchased one Toaster which clearly mentioned 1 year Warranty in description. Received the product without any Warranty card neither any Invoice !! After my complaint seller made fake promises that he is sending warranty card which never came and further messages to Gupta Stationery were never answered !!. After 2 weeks of sending reminders to them, was assured by Tradus that will make refund and collect back the product if I do not get Invoice and Warranty card within 24 hours. I didn't and so I went ahead and purchased another Toaster from another place. After another 2 days, they send me an email copy of Invoice which was as good as a because not even mentioned any model number ( I wanted original Invoice and Warranty card and not email copy of bogus Invoice ) !! And anyway, Now I wanted my refund only as I already purchased another Toaster after waiting for 20 days and failed assurances from Tradus and Gupta Stationery. But Tradus and Gupta Stationery are not even replying back anything in spite of several reminders. No Refund, No Warranty card, No Invoice !! SHAME ON FRAUD GUPTA STATIONERY, DELHI AND TRADUS !!

                Tradus customer service is pathetic. Have no phone numbers to contact them.
                Customers can easily be taken for a ride. Better stay away from such fraud sites
                Till now they don't even bother to reply back.
                Gupta Stationery also has another multi seller account on Tradus called shopcart18. They are a big fraud seller probably selling illegally that can't even provide Invoices.
                Shame on both.

                I perched a big large stainless steel Gun lighter gift, my order no. Is 13555526_1 dt. 24/7/14. But the seller dilevered another itom. I payed rs 1850 after recieved the itom on 28/7/14.

                  Hi, I had paced an order for nexus 7 3g+wifi version but they have delivered me nexu 7 wifi.My order id is 11521471_01. They dont have direct contact number to reach them and they are not responding to our mails.Finally they called and said it cannot be replaced and refunded and he cut the call. The tablet cost is 14700. Please help me to get the refund.

                    I, Manisha Sahu had ordered the product American Giant Hooded Sweatshirt (Pack of 2) With color of "BLACK" & "GRAY" on the date 23 october 2013. The product was received by me on 31 october 2013. (Order ID :[protected] But the product which have received is in color of BLUE & GRAY. I don't want the color BLUE in place of Black. As well as the product is totally different from the image as shown in tradus.com In tradus.com it was without chain but in the product received is with front chain...and the quality of product is very poor. it is not the same as shown in website. Therefore I tried to return it back & request for refund the payment. When I tried to contact through customer support and fill up all the details it asked to upload atleast 1 image but it is not taking upload of any image. Therefore I am unable to complain about this. When I contact via phone number then the computer is not giving any option as such for this type of complain. Then I send a complain about this to the management then an auto generated email came that this email id is not in use. Please help me as soon as possible to make resolve it and to get my whole payment for this useless product. Thank You.

                      Order 11369642_01 I ordered a big carpet 9 x 6 and the vendor was Chavvi Enterprises. I got the order - totally damaged and defective in three places, we could see. I sent numerous emails from the same day I received till now but still no response from Tradus. I do not know how to return and get a refund. It is falling on deaf ears. Also you cannot upload any photos to the website as it is stuck at "uploading" whenever we try and hence cannot even reach customer support throough their web support. And ironically this is an online bazaar. Even sent an email to Chavvi but no response from them as well. I guess they must be taken to task properly .And I need to fix my problem of return and refund.

                          Hi Team, I have booked a product (Pack of 2 - Henleys Blue/Green Full sleeve T-Shirts For Men) on Tradus with order ID :[protected]Sub-Order ID: 11468158_01) and I received shirts of different colour whose stitch quality is also very poor. When reached Tradus site for complaining the issue their site is asking me to upload the photograph of the product. Tried couple of days for doing the same which is not at all working. The seller number what gave also not working. Really very poor service and not bothering about customer. Please take proper action against them.                             This is with reference to our order for Decorvilla Set of 5 Designer Double Bed Sheet With 10 Pillow Covers against the sub-order ID 10366743_01. Faulty product was supplied by Decorvilla through Tradus. Description of the Sale Item assured that good quality product will be sent but practically a very lowest quality material was supplied. There is no any corrective action even after lodging a complaint with customer care. This is clear case of online cheating and misappropriated earnings by Tradus. All the victims of Tradus should take collective legal action against Tradus.

                                  i received non working product from devils supplier through tradus.com Tablet For Kids With Preloaded Rhymes, when i went to tradus.com to escalate this issue, i donot find customer care phone no and there was a form to escalate this issue and i tried to fillup that also giving error and attaching image (485kb) is big pain, it always states uploading...even after 10 min. i lost my hope and realized that this websites simply runs through commissions from selles not worth for custmoers, if you get product in good condition then your lucky else you have to loose money. beware of tradus.com products, it depends on your luck .

                                    I have ordered a Nokia BL-5C battery through Tradus.com(order No[protected]_01) on 17/10/2013. They have supplied the item through seller Carpoint 2013.I have received the item through Aramex courier (AWB no-[protected]) on 23/10/2013. After receiving the battery, I have put it on charge and when it was fully charged then installed the battery to my mobile.Battery showed FULL CHARGE signal.But hardly I could made a call for 30second and battery got discharged.Again I charged but problem persists.When I carefully examined the battery and the packet I found that the battery is duplicate and faulty too. I have contacted the seller over mail twice but there was no response.I tried to contact Tradus.com customer care but their process of customer care of Tradus.com is too poor.So please help to refund my money or exchange the product with a fresh/original one. -Kalyan Sarma Guwahati

I ordered Pixar Cars Lightning Mcqueen Rc Car 1:20 Scale 8 days back. product is still listed on tradus shockers offer page as available. which i guess is best selling product category. even after 8 days of ordering it is not shipped till date. if they cannot fulfill the order then why to advertise the product under best selling /best earning category & make the fool of customer. i am very disappointed with tradus.

                                        dear mam/sir, i was purchased a mobile phone sony xperia c dual sim from www.tradus.com, after receiving the product, i seen the product inner-box mean sony seal is already broken, but outer box is in very good condition, so i am raising this issue with www.tradus.com, they want snap of this phone, i am already sended, but they not solve this issue with in 10 days, after 8th day i am using this phone, they (tradus) called on 11th day and they know about phone is using or not, after confirmation, they told me that you are using this phone, so we are unable to replace this product. if the product is already used, so way they raising this question after 11 days, i don't understand.i think they sale used product.
