I am one of the unfortunate customer of tradus.com. I ordered a product from tradus on 15th june 2013.my sub order id is 9489977_01. I got a message from tradus on same that the product will be delivery in 5 working days. My actual delivery date was on 26 June 2013, But I didn't get the product yet.. I contacted the tradus team several times, but didn't get a single reply from anybody from tradus. This is the worst customer support team I am dealing with so far.The tradus team is cheating the customers......

Hi,

I ordered bag in tradus.in through online shopping. The expected delivery is on 2nd september 2012. i am posting this on 4th september.. but still the order is pending despatch. i have contacted the customer care but no reply from them.

forget it, you are not going to receive that, if you do by luck it will be after a decade, one of the WORST online site I have ever used, same happened with me, after 1 month they updated the status as product delivered but I have never got them back, no reply to mails, there phone customer care SUCKSSSS, I have spent almost 50INR in my mobile bill but no luck...

Be aware of this tradus site, as they themselves are not selling and depending upon merchants, and no link of tradus between merchant is there.. its a real fraud site, I have used HomeShop 18, Flipkart, Snapfish, Mantra, Ebay and this is the first time I used tradus and it SUCKS..

be aware guys, I gonna post my complain here also, but I am dammsure no one gonna take care of this, as I dont see any of there member is involved in replying to the issues that are posted here.

I didn't get the product, but still they have update the status to Shipment Delivered. I have tried to contact the seller, but they are not at all responding. Please take an action against TRADUS, so that it will not cheat another customers.

TRADUS is a bogus site. Please please please don't buy any thing from this site.

Tradus.com — Worst service - goods not delivered

My first experience with tradus.com and it is my worst experience with any online shopping site.They have't delivered my product after a month of booking it.Nor they are reverting my money.Just suggesting other people not to do any type of transaction with tradus.
I had ordered the product on 15 March 2013. As per Tradus FAQS, product should have reached me in 2-3 days or at max 5-7 days but I haven't received the product till now.
I have escalated this issue to Tradus Customer Care & management and I haven't received even a single satisfactory reply.
My request for cancellation of Order has gone unheeded.
As per the mail from Tradus I should get an option in My Order History to mark my order as "Not received" if I don't receive the order by 24 March 2013, But I am not getting any such option.
i had purchased one HP V-220W 16gb pen drive from tradus (order id[protected]_01), but they delivered me 8 gb pen drive. I had returned the product through the process as per instruction of tradus, but now they are not delivering the actual product to me.

I purchase the pack of 3 polo tshirt in tradus. The size of the t shirt is short so please replace the product and refund my money my product number is 13279479_01 please quick response my phone number is [protected].

    i am an unfortunate customer of this tradus. I ordered a product of tradus on 20th june 2013.my sub order id is 9559853. then i get a message from tradus on 22th may that the product will be delivery in 5 working days. My actual delivery date was on 1st july, But i didn't get the product yet.. i contacted the tradus team several times. But i didn't get a solution on my issue .i think they don't have a customer support team.The tradus team is cheating the customers......

      I have ordered ' Moser Professional Electric Shaving Trimmer -3 Years Warranty ' on 25 - June - 2013 ( Order ID : 9659661 ). I have received the shipment on 02 - July - 2013. But the product received is not the one that i have ordered. The product that i received is 'Jinghao JH4601 Hair Clipper '. This is real cheating. I have contacted customer service and the reply from then is they will contact me within 48 hours, waiting for there response to take further action.

        Hello Sir, I have ordered mobile on 26/06/2013 and paid through debit card for it. Order number is 9687185_01. The order is cancelled same day saying that its out of stock and refund process will initiate in 24 hrs. On 27th June I received email saying that the funds will be transferred in your account within 3 - 4 weeks (Depending on your bank). Today on 3rd July I received a call from tradus (mobile no. [protected]), he ask me my ATM card no. Expiry Date, CVV no. and also ask Password of the card and said that i am transferring money now & you will received it in 1 hr. As i don't have enough balance he said u should have minimum balance of rs. 5000/- then only i can transfer money its a company policy. After some argument he said i will take to my senior then i will call you again. But i don't received any call nor i don't receive my refund. Tradus have to refund my money so why should my account have minimum balance of 5000/-? Why tradus want to know my ATM password or ATM card number? I have paid online so you should refund online.
        Sir please kindly look in this matter & solve my problem to get refund money ASAP.

          i am purchuse mobile from tradus.com on 28th june 2013
          i received the product on1st july in morning and,
          i switch on the mobile, mobile is hang continuous then i go to service center and they update software and return me, thereafter same problem come again problem not solve, service center executive told me, "we accept your mobile and provide you DOA certificate and you sent the DOA certificate in Tradus.com and they give you new mobile or money refund but you mail to tradus.com and confirm let me know before 1 week"
          then i sent to mail to tradus.com regarding this problem but they reply computer generete mail mention in we response 24-48 hrs
          so tell me what i do, this mobile not working properly, this mobile continuously hang totally stop not working, if this is work very slow then i handle but this is totally stopped, the solution is remove battery and connect then this is start, from 1st july i remove the battery more than 1000 times
          so please what i do, return my money or replace any other mobile
          please revert me on priority

            I first placed an order on 13th June for multiple products. Two of the products were partially delivered and one order is still pending delivery. (Orders 9471555_04 , 9471555_05, 9471555_01 respectively). Customer service claimed that the product was out of stock. Since I was offered a voucher in place of the partial delivery made by the traders, I accepted it hoping to buy a similar product in place of the one I ordered. However, the vouchers are all invalid. Now I no longer receive any communication from the team either. I had escalated this to the management of tradus, who have also failed to respond.

                  Dear Team,

                  I placed an order worth amount of 800.00 Rs. paid by credit card on Tradus.com. An order was placed on 11th June,2013. The seller named GrahakJi (Navi Mumbai) associated with Tradus.com. But after a 5 days i want to know the status of my placed order as in order history, it is continuously saying pending dispatch. So i wrote to seller about order details and from which courier service you are delivering my order. Then they continuously saying we are trying to deliver your product as soon as possible though we both seller and myself are in same city. According to seller, the delivery is getting late due to heavy rain!! The truth is that there is no heavy rain since last 10 days in Mumbai city. I also wrote to Tradus.com's consumer team, they replied with system generated mail that we are facing some technical issue to query your problem!! this is frustrating. It is been almost 12 days i didnt get my product. Please help me.

                    I strongly recommend never ever dare to buy anything on tradus.in. Highly unprofessional and insensitive towards customers. Trust ! they never ever respond and proved me correct every order I have placed till date... pathetic and frustrating !!! Moreover please do not fall for cheap prices , not at all worth as product quality is absolutely cheap !! cheap !!! cheap !!!!!!!!. Can you guys believe , they even don't respond even if we warn to write their CEO Mudit Khosla (Mudit Hope you are reading...Seventymm was better , right? ) .

                    Sub-Order ID: 9409553_01 - Wrong product delivered ..Millions attempts to contact but no one to hear . Who say customer is king ?

                    Sub-Order ID: 9409395_01 - When I started following for delivery 8 days after placing order. They cancelled the order without any mutual consultations.. Money I dont know where it is.. Again Millions attempts to contact failed.

                    I am regular online buyer since 3 years now. Take my word.. there are many substitutes to tradus and offering highly efficient service .. for example Homeshop18.com , flipkart.com , naaptol. com , jabong ,myntra , watchkart.com , healtkart.com etc....

                        i ordered a headphone from a website Tradus.com and after 3 days i received headphones but those were totally different from what they had shown

                        on the website, so i complained to their customer care after days and number of emails i get a mail from the company stating that to send the

                        pictures of the headphones i received to show that it was not the one they offered on the website so i sent the mail, again after many days and

                        numbers of mails finally i was asked to ship the headphones to their office and they will initiate the refund within 2 days so i sent the parcel to their

                        address which was IBIBO Web Private Limited 6th Floor, Pearl Towers, Plot No 51, Sector 32, Gurgaon, Haryana-122002.i mailed their executive

                        the tracking no provided by the company the parce was shipped to their office next day and for few more days there was no reply i sent few mails

                        and then i get a call from their executive stating that what form do i want the refund cheque which would take 4 weeks of time or they could credit the

                        amount in my account which would take 2 weeks so i asked them to credit the amount in my account , the executive she told me that she will

                        forward me an email stating what all the information do they need i said ok and the conversation ended.

                        next day i checked my mail and there was a mail from them stating that the amount has been credited to my account.

                        how is that possible without even taking any information about my bank account how can they transfer the money into my account i asked the same

                        question from them through many mails but i have not got any reply from them till date and its been many days.

                        this is simply the case of fraud they did to me.

                        other people and they should learn a lesson i request you to kindly look into the matter.

                        Hi,
                        I bought a mobile phone - Dell XCD35 from Tradus.in in the starting of April.I got in few days.
                        But to my shock it was a used,old,broken phone in a broken seal condition.
                        I asked for reverse pickup which they did after 2 weeks(horrible service!).
                        Tradus.in customer service people asked me to wait 3 days for the refund but now its more than a week and no reply from their end.They dont even tell me if I will get a refund or when will i get.And they also cant assure me if the replacement will be in good condition!
                        They treat their customers very badly!
                        I am looking for a legal action now with the help of a lawyer friend.
                        I will be grateful for any help.

                        I have a very bad experience from tradus. Writing a detailed review it can help others, so that they can avoid strucking in trap of TRADUS.IN
                        In the month of September, i made 3 purchases from tradus,
                        One was Samsung Bluetooth headsets
                        Second was multipurpose pillow (Success fully delivered)
                        & Third one was Electronic glass weighing machine.

                        First order was samsung bluetooth headsets, which tradus refunded payment stated as "PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK" where as it was still selling in website. as i gifted this product to some one, so i felt very embarrassed & humiliated.

                        My Second product got successfully delivered, which i gifted to some one. so no problem for that.

                        My third product was electronic weighing machine, this also i gifted to some one. The product got delivered. But i came to know, that the product was faulty and not working. I immeditely contacted tradus customer care, as they have a standard 15 days no condition return policy. but i was amazed as they gave me sellers number & said please talk to seller, he will do the needfull. Sellor was indiamall, new delhi, i called to the mobile number provided. After basic trouble shooting questions he gave me email id [protected]@gmail.com and asked to send a detailed mail of problem & said ur problem will be resolved and will be contacted by our team. so i did same. send a detailed mail. I also send 2-3 mails to tradus. more than 4-5 days have been passed & no body responded. Its seriously unprofessional and fraud business practice. My only concern was to either replace the faulty product or refund my money.
                        Any ways i am planning to take necessary steps against tradus in consumer court.

                        I am posting my complain here, please help me...

                          they r fooling everyone ... taking thousands of orders frm ppl n then using all the money for their need n then after a week they refund money ..

Numerous mails have only resulted in me getting new references only like Tradus=098-302' , Tradus=096-655' ,Tradus=097-650 'Tradus=097-161' Customer feedback: Delivery Issues . I've never come across a specialized customer care member till date.Just because i've paid in advance they seem to be completely callous about it. Whom to approach ????

                              I have ordered one Portable Laptop Stand Foldable e Table With 2 USB Cooling Fans whose order id: 9002967 from Tradus.in and i have ordered it on 14th may 2013. and this order has been cancelled by them only so today it is 27th may 2013 they are telling that they have refunded the amount in my bank account but still today they have not refunded my amount. i want to lodge a complain against tradus to give my money back that they are saying they have refunded but still today the amount have not been refunded they are just doing fraud and making fool to me i want to know When the amount will be refunded back to me in my bank account of Rs 559.

                                  My order No. 8943738_01 dated 11-may-2013, for "Envie 4 x AA 2100mAh Ni-Mh Rechargeable Batteries" was cancelled by the website itself on 18-may-2013.
                                  After that (on 23-may-2013), the website showed:- "Your order 8943738_01 has been refunded. The funds will be transferred in your account within 3-4 WEEKS (Depending on your bank)".
                                  If the refund has been made by the website, it should have reached immediately. I want them to provide me the method (cheque/DD/PO etc) of refund adopted by you which takes 3-4 WEEKS to be credited to account. Also they should provide me the reference number for that refund you have processed. It has been more than 13 days since i had made payment and more than 5 days since cancellation.

                                    I ordered for a Sony Xperia ST21i Tipo Mobile Phone (Blue) on Tradus.com on 15/4/2013, sub-order ID 8539585_01. The total value was 7299 and I opted for EMI of 2433 for 3 months. I received the product on 18/4/2013. On opening the package, I could find that the product was defective with the power button depressed inside. Since, there is no phone number or customer service for Tradus, I mailed back on the same day about the defective product. I got an auto generated mail back, which was of no use. On the next day I went to the Sony service center to get it repaired as it should be in warranty. But going there I got to know that the product is not covered in India warranty and is an malaysion handset. I contacted the seller Sarf Trading (who was selling product through Tradus) of Chennai, he suggested that the phone had to be sent back to them. I told them that I want to return the defective product. He mentioned that on receiving the product, they can check the product and then confirm about returns, with me and Tradus. I mailed Tradus and informed that the seller wants me to ship back the product. I waited a lot to get their confirmation before shipping the product. Finally after receiving the confirmation I shipped the product back and shared the courier tracking number with both seller and Tradus.
                                    Even after receiving the product by Sarf Trading, there was no communication from seller or even Tradus for days. Somehow I managed to call Srf Trading and he confirmed that he will send me a confirmation call soon. Again after waiting for some days I called the seller, during this time Tradus was not at all bothered to reply back to may mails. The seller confirmed that he has completed all formalities of return & refund with Tradus and I might get a confirmation from Tradus soon. After several days and mails, I got response from Tradus that my amount was refunded back to my credit card account on 11/5/2013. By this time, my first EMI of 2433 already appeared on my Credit Card bill due to be paid before 22 May. I started waiting for the refund to appear on my account, so that I do not need to pay the first EMI of 2433 and the rest of the amount does not appear in subsequent billing cycles. To my great astonishment, on 16/5/2013, an amount of 4866 appeared as unbilled transaction of my my next billing cycle. I called the credit card customer care and got to know that Tradus has asked for a pre call settlement of the rest of the amount and there had been no refund on my account. So, the amount of 7299 now appears as 2433 in my pending bill and the rest 4866 has to be paid in one shot in my next billing cycle. This means paying Rs. 7299 for something which I don't have and for which I had already been harassed too much and too long. Moreover, for a person who is buying phone on EMI, how can he pay the amount in one shot, without having the phone in his hand. I have contected the seller, they said that its not their concern now as they have already refunded back to Tradus. I have mailed Tradus regarding this as I can't contact on call. I have my last date of payment approaching in 4 days, I am really worried rather than angry. I feel myself trapped in this dangerous trap from Tradus.
                                    After all harassment, the refund status was fake with no Refund Reference Number provided to me as promised on the website. Instead I have been asked to pay the whole money without even having the product. I want consumer court to investigate on Tradus to run this kind of service on internet. I want justice to be done.

                                      I had ordered a bed sheet from www.tradus.com. There is a return policy on tradus if we do not like the product. The bed sheet was delivered but the size was not perfect so I asked them to return the product. A courier boy came to pick up my parcel but my money was not refunded. There is no costumer care number on which I can call them up and talk to them straight away. Initially there was a conversation through emails. But now when I write to them there is no response from there side. They do not tell me the status of my refund. In one mail the asked about my bank account details so that they can give the money back. I did give them the details but the conversation has stopped and there is no response. Now both my money and my bed sheet that I wanted to return are with them. Please help me as they are giving no response.

                                        But product is not delivered even after 2 weeks except some useless system generated messages.

                                        These people doesnt have little common snense of contacting a person during product delivery.
