Sir I had done my order on Tradus of Wrangler jean of 34 waist and my order id is 10886707_01 but I had got a jean of jones which is of very much poor quality. My phone no is [protected]. Plz cancel my order so that I can get my money back so that I can be saved from such a fraud company. Also Tradus donot have any customercare phn no so that person can contact them

    Sir I had ordered a Levis mens jean from Tradus and my Sub order is is 10886575_01& after doing the order I email them that they should cancel my order or should change my Size from 32 to 34 And more the product I received isnot original and is of very poor quality and now they are not responding anything and moreover they donot have any customer care phn no.
    Plz make this order cancelled so that I can get my moneyback

      My order id is 10702330_01 .I didnt get the item yet. still now i didnt get any response from them. I have contacted the tradus lot of times. But no response from them till now. I am really sad and didn't know what to do. Please

        I have done online shopping with Tradus.com unfortunately it is not listed here. I ordered four geneiss sweaters and also paid all the amount through net banking. They delivered me wrong and defective product. Kindly check my below mentioned complaint which I escalated to their customer care. {This is with reference to the order number 10821485_1. Your company has cheated my by sending me wrong product with defective pieces. I have ordered 2 sweaters and you have sent me totally different product which is defective and totally downgrade product. Totally unprofessionalism shown by your compnay. For your reference I am sending you the snap shot of the product which you have delivered and please also check on left side of the pic what your product was and right side of the pic what you have delivered to me. All your product is very cheap, downgrade, different size and color,damage and defective Your seller Unico_ Fashion is not responding to my calls. I am betrayed by your company and I want my amount to be refunded ASAP. Take this complaint on a serious note. Worst thing is you people don't have any customer care helpline number and you are vanishing our money.

          I had given order for Genesis Sweaters Pack of 2 on dt.14.09.2013 & order no.10820509_1. which I received on dt.19.09.13. when I opened the packet, I was shocked, it was not the material which I placed the order. There are no contact no on site for any discuss.The option which I select, the material was not as per my selected option. And I have received the defective & different material. Then after immediately I given mail to TRADUS & supplier (unico_fashion)but supplier asked us to contact tradus. till today I have not got any reply from TRADUS. SO FRIENDS BEWARE OF WHILE SHOPPING ON TRADUS.

          yes. i agree with this. even i didnt got single response. i didnt even received the product.its more than 20 working days but till now i didnt received the product. guys beaware of tradus. its a fraud website.

            I have reported this case with in return policy tat. I had word with vendor also he asked me sms my address I did the same on same day. But after that he never spoken to me. When he stopped responding to my calls/sms. Then I escalated the matter to you. Now you are also not helping me in this. What should I do? Do you people provide that kind of service to each customer. Sending faulty product that too without accessories.Moreover you people have not shared any contact number on your website. Which is a big question mark on your service delivery. Poor and Pathetic.                   I ordered Samsung S4 Mobile from Tradus,through dealkyahai as seller|(order id[protected].After 4 days when my order was still showing as ''awaiting dispatch'' I tried to call Tradus .But inspite of numerous calls and escalation no one bothered to reply back.Finally I called dealkyahai (seller) directly and came to know that they will be unable to ship my product.They said that Tradus mistakely quoted very less amount for the phone and they cannot meet this requirement.They also said that they informed Tradus by email that they will not be able to deleived the phone. I emailed back to Tradus asking for my refund immediately.I also asked their customer care to call me back.But forget calling they never acknowledged my email. Iam still awaitng for my refund.I tried to call on Tradus several times but no one answers.I will suggest all you friends to never ever buy any product from Tradus.

                    I ordered (Sub-Order ID: 10613182_01) for 2 nokia 310 gold mobile phones but I have received both the mobiles in black colour.i ordered for my parents 80 th birthday gift.they were very eagerly waiting for the gold colour ,Sentimentally it was very great disappointment for them when they received in black color.I am from United Kingdom,I usually buy only in eBay. Now I choose you as my friends recommended you and ur prompt service I believed them but really disappointed me and my old age parents on their 80 birthday by sending black color,it is really an sentiment issue. I believe Tradus service I want to make them happy by giving gold color phone ,so i called Tradus customer care no one responded properly.Also one more concern about Tradus customer care when I contacted them they are answering only in Hindi, how do you expect tradus customers to talk on Hindi they never respond in English ,being an online service this is really upset.Also I have sent so many mails regarding the issue no one replied for mail at all. Then I placed second order in same gold color specifically . Instead of waiting for their response but now they are saying we don't have stock.In their website it is showing as available. Also the amount has been debited from my account. So if want to buy any specific product don't choose Tradus. Instead of that you can go for Flipcart,EBAY atleast you get good customer support and immediate response . Don't buy in Tradus and run behind them Dr Appupillai murugan Sub-Order ID: 10613182_01

                        Sir, I am writing you for the 3rd time.I had purchased a Samsung A687 phone from tradus 2 months ago,The seller is infiseller.They made me fool by delivering a faulty product,I contacted them immediately they asked me to send the product.I mailed in dozens but did not got my refund back.They insisted me to refund my sum but now they are making nuisances everyday,I fetched them with all bank details. Today morning I received a call from the number [protected].He asked me for my ATM card 16 digits number and pin.He was saying that he will refund immediately,but I refused.I told him that already I had given my IFSC Code no. and A/C no.So why ATM no. and PIN.He tried to convince me to give those informations.He also asked me about balance in my account. Now what to do Sir,TRADUS is a cheater,who cheats people.It is my humble request to take strict against against them.They are frauds.I dont know whether I would get my money or not,but people should know about tradus.                           It is to be informed that I bought a mobile Samsung A687 from Tradus.But they delivered a rejected piece,so I asked for a replacement about 2 months ago.They insisted me to send the product back,so I did.But from then lot of days has been passed but they are not willing to refund my money.I filed a complaint to you on 27 th August.So they asked me to send my bank details.I send them details on 28 th August.But they are not responding from then.They are not even responding my phone calls.And not also mailing me.My Sub-Order ID-9867968_01.Sir please take strict action in this matter.It has been many days since I have not got my money back.They are frauds surely and every people should know. I am also afraid of my account to get hacked as they are big frauds.I had provided them the details.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                            Please provide as much information as possible...I am writing this complaint to express my extreme bad experience with shopping at the tradus.in. I have sent approx 40th email to tradus from my side to resolve the issue, but all in vain. I have seen very unprofessionalism from the tradus.in staff . I have made an order on 16th June (Order ID : 9526004) with tradus and on receiving the order I have asked for a return order due to bad quality of product, I have returned the Clothes with 100% packed untouched and were not even tried. I have sent then courier airway number too. After that I haven't got any refund . After a couple of emails and phone (Mr. Dolon Karmakar +91-[protected], this person received the call. Not sure if this is the real name ) I was told that the refund will be done in the next billing cycle,its more than 2 months now. I have heard no response from tradus, even after a couple of email no proper reply or no reply given. I have felt lots of mental harassment from the tradus staff. Please guide how can I get a refund from them now. Do I need to submit a physical application somewhere or posting on this forum is itself a complaint ? Please guide .

                              I ordered a product on tradus.com. They said that they will be delivering the product nin less than a week. I paid them the amount through my debit card online. But after two days they said the wont be deliver the product as its out of stock. Till then everything was OK. But now they are saying that the refund of the amount would take somewhere around 3-4week. I really condemn this kind of service and request a strict action against them. I also want reimbursement of the loss I have faced. I claim for Rs.20,000 against the loss. Please find attached the bill for the product

                                I received a damaged screen guard with full of bubbles, folds and rolled out like a paper. Order ID : 10598937 See this: http://postimg.org/image/x5fu3zgkj/ and this: http://postimg.org/image/r0vut4z9v/ It is totally useless being folded and rolled-out in such a careless way, seller has folded this screen guard film, so I can only throw it away. If you need I will send it back. I need a new product which is not having even a single scratch or air bubbles. The seller should send it as flat / non-folded form. I never want a screen guard which is rolled like a paper and send to me like he did now. I NEED A USABLE PRODUCT OR I NEED A FULL REFUND. WHO WILL PAY FOR MY WAITING TIME HERE?? IT HAS BEEN A WEEK SINCE I AM WAITING FOR THIS PRODUCT. TOTALLY SHAME TO YOU TRADUS. Sadly, Jean P Johnson

                                  I had purchased one nos CASIO EDIFICE Watch from tradus. The MRP is 13000 but they were selling it for 4201 INR. Believing this was a great offer. I purchased the watch. But later on reading about the reviews I found out this was a fraud deal and the watches being sold are not original casio but fake watches. I immediately set to cancel the order. But the seller site TRADUS.com does not have that option more over they have not been responding to incessant mails being sent from our side. I wish to have my order cancelled which I have applied for way ahead of time and moreover in the website Tradus displays that they have 100% satisfaction and we can cancel upto 15 days from the date of order.                                     Hi Team, I would like to draw your kind attention towards a fraud website called tradus.com. They are selling their products with fake information to attract and then fool buyer. They sold me a OTG cable for my phone(Grand i9082) saying that it is compatible as per the product description. However, after ordering it, I saw that my device is not coming in compatible device like it was displaying before payment. So, I contacted seller and the tradus customer care and informed them that I was fooled by your fake advertisement. Both of them assured me that it will work which was also a fake promise. I confirmed with Samsung that it is not officially compatible. Now, they are not replying my any message and I am keep getting emails/sms from their customer support team that my issue has been resolved. But no one ever contacted me regarding that. Here money is not a concern but false advertisement to sell their products is an example of cheap marketing by tradus.com. I am pasting the conversation below after I realised that they made me fool: Buyer-Seller Communication: Query against Sub-Order ID[protected]_01 (10 days ago) Hi, In the begining it was written that this OTG cable is compatible with Samsung Galaxy Grand i9082. However, after placing the order, it just says only compatible with Samsung Grand Quattro Mega Duos S7562. Please confirm if it will work with Galaxy Grand i9082.                                       I purchased a Samsung A687 from infi seller,I received it on 10th August.But the condition of the phone was shocking.The calling sound quality was very poor and head phone was not supported.After a dozen of mail conversation I agreed to send back the product to them.But on receiving the product they are not sending the replacement product.And now not even responding to my mails.Even they gave me a fraudulent Courier docket number of DTDC.But there is no such relevance of docket number.Now what to do with these cheaters?Please help.                                         I made an online order through tradus.com on 07th Aug from bangalore. The order was sent through Quantium Courier Services. On tracking the order it showed that the order reached on 10th Aug at the city(Bangalore) branch in the morning which means i was supposed to receive the order on the same day or the next morning. It is now 26th Aug and I am yet to receive the order. i called the local office of (Quantium courier services) where the concerned person told me there was some dispute in Quantium, staff doing strike that is why they cannot send the order. On calling Quantium on every day they will say tomorrow, tomorrow now they not picking my call also
                                        that the customer is the one suffering. I hope this complaint would teach them some lesson.
