Travolook — Refund not received

Hiii i booked my ticket on 12th oct my amount deducted bt ticket not received then i received call from travolook that yr ticket cancelled and refund credit in your account within 10 days bt till date refund not crefited and sir pls take necessary action so that my refund credit in my account
Ticket cancel details as follow

On 6/11/2020 i have booked flight for Ahmedabad to Chennai on Travolook.in after deducted amount from my account they called me and tell that your flight is not booked and will refund amount in 7 days but I still not get refund kindly look into this matter and please help me it’s my humble request to you

I booked a ticket from Jaipur to guwahati with reference number REF[protected] on 5th November from travolook. After some time on the same day I got a call from customer care that your ticket got cancelled due to some technical error in airline and he said your amount will be refunded within 10 days and he also said to book ticket again from their website. But it's been a month now and I did not get my refund back. I tried to contact customer care on phone and emails both but didn't get any response from them. There are lot of people facing the same issue with this site and this site is a fraud. Please resolve that issue as soon as possible

Refund amount not credit my account completed 32 days REF[protected]

Such a fraud website...I booked 2tickets from Chennai to Mumbai on 4th November...it was cancelled by them ..but they are not ready to refund my amount..
No response from call and mail... waste of money..

Same issue, I booked my ticket today (5/1/21) and it got cancelled stating that due to high surge of airplane prices.

I booked flight ticket to mumbai to kerala. Due to this covid, i lost my job and i was trying to go native place with somebodys help. So i looked cheapest rate in travolook site and booked two tickets for me and my daughter. I booked ticket rs.5831 and after that i got a call reagarding ticket canceld and you wil get refund with in 7 days. Now its almost one month. I didn't get my fefund.

Ticket cancel details as follow

I booked ticket on 1st Feb (REF[protected]. It was cancelled from travolook side and was told to get refund in 10-15 days. After 15 days I called back and again told that it will be refunded after 15-20 days. On 24th Feb, I called and then told that it will be refunded in 7-10 working days as it is delayed due to some operational error. Now the portal forced me to go to consumer forum. I don’t have any option and I strongly don’t recommend anyone to book from this portal as it is fake.

I booked a flight on the 21st of March, 2020. The flight was scheduled on the 25th of March, 2020 from Pune to Bagdogra.
However, the flight got canceled and even after writing so many mails, I still haven't received my refund. It's almost been a year.
Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

I booked a ticket on 8 feb 2021 and paid the amount but after I made the payment the ticket was cancelled as i received a call from travolook regarding the ticket cancellation they said due to variation in the price the ticket has been cancelled. It almost 40 days and the deducted amont is yet not refunded after I called travolook many times. Please i request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

This is fraud website. I booked ticket on 5th March and they told me that amount will be credited within 15 days. I am still waiting for my money and now they have started saying 15-20 days.

I am thinking about taking them to various forums and initiate proceedings against these fraudsters.

I’ve booked a ticket with reference number REF[protected] from Bangalore to Delhi on 16th January and after some time the customer care representative called me and said that my booking has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded within 10 days. She suggested me to make the booking again. It has been more than 3 month since my booking was cancelled and they still didn’t refund the amount. I called them several times but they are finding excuses to not refund the amount. Kindly asking you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I booked tickets from Delhi to Hyderabad on 16th April and 31st March 2021. Got charged Rs 3301 and Rs 4445 and cancelled by them not refunded till date

I send complete details of grievance seeking your kind and immediate action to redress my grievance .

1. I bought Air India Air ticket to fly in Air India 429 from Chennai to Coimbatore on 14.5.21 for myself ( P. Willington Jebaraj ) and my wife Iris Ebzeba Mary.

2. These tickets were booked by me through the Travel Agent viz Travlook and the booking confirmation reference number : REF[protected].

3. An amount of Rs. 5266 was paid by me for the tickets on line debiting my account with SBI.

4. I got a telephone from their office on 10.5.21 that the Flight has been cancelled and the refund amount would be credited into the same bank within 10-15 days . Apart from telephonic information, they communicated to me about cancellation of the flight and refund vide their mails dated 10.5.21 and 16.5.21.

5. I sent three reminder mails to them asking for refund, dated 7.6.21, 9.6.21 and 15.6.21. I was getting the same reply from their office stating that the refund will be made within 10-15 days of time. The mails were sent to me from their office .

6. I tried many times over phone to contact them to get to know the reason for inordinate delay in giving the refund .

7. I fail to understand as why and how there is no refund till date from the travel agent Travolook.

8. As I am not getting the refund from them, I am writing this mail to you sir seeking your kind intervention to resolve this issue and arrange for the refund.
