Still waiting on refund these people are not understanding the pain a man go through to earn the money which these people are not returning. It’s a request to Indian government to look into this and get them closed
I have booked ticket with Travolook with reference REF[protected] on 15th Nov. The booking was canceled by Travolook saying ' booking is canceled due to fare expiration'. The company is not refunding money.
Not sure what should I do? Should I file a police complaint?

Ultimately got refund after 1 and half month.I had to register complaint against them on national consumer helpline app...Then only they budged..

I've raised a complaint too on 04.01.2022! It's been more than 10 days since I heard from them that they are initiating refund but haven't received the money yet. Anything you can suggest, that I should do?
I have a similar story to share. Booked ticket on 26.11.2021. In 1st attempt booking was unsuccessful due to technical reasons but the money was deducted from my account. Got a call + email mentioning the failure and the operator asked to book a fresh ticket, further adding that the initial amount will be refunded within 7 days.
So far, it has been more than a month of follow-ups but I've not got my refund back.

I have sent several emails and made calls and they keep saying the payment is getting delayed and they can add the amount to the wallet. I do not know when I’ll travel again and I need to pay my credit card bill.
