Very fraud and bad company please be aware and dont buy anything.

I am jitendra. I have registered with [protected]@gmail.com. i have booked it on January 29 016.My order id is. Still i have not received any docket number for delivery and no updates. No one is calling and providing details. I have booked 8999 rs package and i want my money back.
Please take strict action against this company its fraud and very bad behavior from employees.

No call received and no updates till now...please notify again and ask for refund.

Just got a call saying providing docket number and other details then got a amil like it will take 72 hours..
Too bad always changing statements and saying like refund is not possible. I will not resolve this issue untill get docket number for both gifts and travel voucher. Otherwise please refund my full amount.

SOmething needs to be done for such frauds

How can it be marked as resolved without having information from me.
Still I have not received anything except just a fake assurance on call.

I am calling them but no one is picking the phone. And phone numbers are disabled now.please call me.

The guy Raj Saxena called me and told me that tripgateway is giving you gift on happy hours but nothing was received. Already 28 days passes but still no calls. The company making fool to all peoples. Please be aware and don't buy any travel package.
