Ttd Online Booking — Ticket released after a period of inactivity

I booked Rs.300 special entry darshan ticket by TTD online booking on 01/02/15 from 10am to 11am (for 02/02/2015), using my dad SBI card for 2 persons. My account got debited. but I did not get the tickets. Instead, it is showing remarks like this "Ticket released after a period of inactivity". Kindly help me to confirm my tickets or refund my amount. I sent complaint mails to [protected]@tirumala.org,
[protected]@tirumala.org. There is no proper customer care number in TTD online booking site for dealing these kind of issues! Indeed, lot of people has similar kind of issues with this booking site

i am Basanta Kumar Parida. i have tried to book 3 e-special entry darshan tickets by TTD online booking on 07/07/2015 for 28/07/2015. i made the payment from my HDFC netbanking the amount of Rs 918 was deducted from my account. but the ticket was not released instead it remarks that "Ticket released after a period of inactivity" with Request No[protected] date 07/28/2015. my A/C no. [protected]
So please refund the amount to my account.

I faced same problem as many complained above. I am very embarrassed . Today I booked 2 tickets and amount debited from my account and showing remarks Ticket released after a period of inactivity. First time when I booked I got booking form and we were very happy by this online booking, but this time this happened. Whom to ask about this? No one is responding. Please do the needful.
