gas stove GT 03 L AI frame got rusted ie damaged badly

The day beging we using the gas stove we noticed the fare getting damaged ie rust formed I Understood the product ISI marked but they are using such type of delicate ie thin low quality iron sheet used in frame and they are applying powder coated paints on that. Due to this whenever water contact on frame its getting immediately rust formation I explained this to all mail id of this company executives but no justice to my problem...

Flames due to gas leakage but still no service from Prestige

What I am feeling now, is I made the bad decision to buy from from prestige. Poor quality product along woth poorest services.

First of all, customer care no. written on warrenty card doesnt work.

I got it Customer care no. from searching from internet, no pickup calls. After dialing lots of time on different time, able to reach to someone.
