Tvs Ntorq Mileage issue

My Tvs Ntorq bought in Dec 2019, Doesnt give mileage as expected. After its second last service the mileage has dropped down to 20-25 kmpl. Which is very low. Please regester my complain and look over it. Tell me the remidies to be taken....

Pathetic customer service at the service center.. first they will keep you wait.. you keep waiting for them to search you job card..now they would say your amc has expired.. when told.. had confirmed yesterday it's active and do have call recording.. AMC becomes active... once the bill is paid.. you wait for them wash your bike.. there no time management..no service...no ethics...than you wait for them to search your bike key... To top it...

Tvs company ignoring my complaints
