Sir/Mam,
I purchased my TVS Jupiter on 11/03/2021 from STALLIONZ TVS Visat Cross Road, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad - 380005, Opposite Visat Petrol Pump, Ahmedabad. Since very first service in stallionz tvs service centre chandkheda survey no 217, opp. Swad ghatiya on 20/05/2021 with 380km, I face problem In front Tyre, air deflets in 3-4 days for which I had complaint them they did not solve problem. Again in second service on 31/08/2021 with 1550km they did not solve problem . After week I went service centre again and force to solve my problem then service centre give me a docket letter for TVS tyre C/O Jupiter Tyres, A-6, Sunbeem Complex, Nr Old Shadra Mandir, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, with a letter of service center which I am attaching below I went there twice and on 10/10/21 he sent me to shahibaug centre with claim docket letter which I am attaching below. On same day I went shahibaug stallionz service centre and met Mr Dhruvesh Patel there. He checked and said to resolve the problem of tyre and he offered me either I choose chandkheda service centre. I reached chandkheda service centre and where Mr. Anil told me to come on next day due to heavy workload on same day. On 11/10/2021 I reached Chandkheda Service centre and met Mr Anil . They were replacing my front tyre by any old tyre. It was very bad and poor impression by this type of work.
I am a small business person, I do not have enough time to keep going to the service center frequently to complain again and again. I am really harass by your staff and now I am fed up mentally. Kindly advice why this is happening and request you return the scooter otherwise give permanent solution by replacing with new tyre. Either you take necessary action or I will complaint in consumer portal. Its very serious matter from my side.
