Money deducted from account but not dispensed from atm

My account number is [protected] branch code 1743, i tried to withdraw money from my atm on[protected] but atm did not dispensed the money but i come to know the amount is deducted from my account please refund the amount, i tried from variou atm to withdraw the amount 10000 but i am not able to withdraw it but the amount 5000 is deducted from my account...

1)Today when I went to bank they didn't receive my money asking that they don't take coin of rs 1000 and my house is far away from bank and after requesting also they are not accepted it
2)secondly they guided me to wrong direction saying incorrect rule to me like-telling me that you can't send money just 2000 /- only by bank due to interpol rule
