Sir, i do not have any account in uco bank. Even after this, uco bank is sending sms to me for reminding me to keep sufficient balance in the account for deducting instalment of pmsby. The same is wastage of time, money and effort by the bank as well as wastage of my time and disturbance to me. I request the honourable bank to stop these sms to me forthwith. C city their is no international bank in chandbali but the uco is better but atm service of your bank of your bank is poor services. All the people of chandbali block like g. C. C atm withdrawal mechanic and credit card facilite to more services provide to chandbali people's. Many many problems to shopping & bill payment in ru pay debit card. Bank provide to customer ru pay debit card but the coustomber wants visa/mastero card for payment online for futuere reference.

      1.It is submitted that I, the undersigned beg to state that the following few lines about the subject matter and earnestly request your good self to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.
      2. On 21/12/2015, an amount of Rs-75000/- was illegally withdrawn at 06 phases from SBI ATM counters at SBI Bagmari and SBI salt lake AC block City(Copy of SBI transaction slip also enclosed APP-“A”).The detail of my account is as under.

The ATM card was cloned while withdrawal of money from UCO Bank ATM ID-DA033001(ATM) at Modhyamgram N/24 parganas, pin-700129 on dated 19/12/2015.Later on total of RS 75000/-was illegally withdrawn by six transactions such as Rs 5, 000/-, Rs. 20, 000/-, Rs.20, 000/-, Rs. 5, 000, Rs-5000/- & Rs 20, 000/-.I used to withdrawal of money from this ATM most of the times as it’s very near to my home.
      4.An FIR in this regard lodged vide FIR NO:764 dated 21/12/2015 at PS-Modhyamgram (Copy enclosed and also corresponding were through different Banks(copy enclosed) and the matter was not sorted out.
      5. In this regards it is again request you to investigate the matter and refund lost amount of Rs-75, 000 to the depressed customer please.

              Got 2 strange messages on 19th of this month-
              "your account 0819xxxxxx8795 has been debited with rs.823.08 by transfer. Available balance in your account is -402.73" - 10:55am
              & then
              "your account 0819xxxxxx8795 has been debited with rs.420.08 by transfer. Available balance in your account is .27" - 11:12am.
              I contacted my branch next day.
              One of the so called busy officer (Identity unknown as they are on seat without any identity or name) told me that i shop online twice that day.
              I askd him that how that could be possible without any otp in my mobile.
              He roared & ordered me not to argue, i shopped, amount deducted & nothing can be done against that.
              I obeyed that gentle man.
              Went to the branch manager then.
              He viewed my passbook & said that amount been deducted as the bank service charge as i use the online system of the bank. I said that i never been warned about this & i am deducted by additional charges by bank whenever i pay for something.
              He told me that he had given my answer, he was busy, not to disturb again & diposit amount in account.
              As far i know by enquiry with other banks there should have no additional charges for using this service.
              Now i am confused & very anoxious myself.
              A 10 rupees means a lot for the starting of my little business.
              Therefor i deffinately waiting here for a positive action against my helplessness.

                My complaint is that in today rs 150 deducted from my account no [protected]. But not informed me via sms or any other sources. When I call costumer care no he told me that every year u online debit only 51 i[censored] cross 51 debit per transaction charged rs 10. My complaint that is why not informed me 52nd online debit. Who is responsible for my 150 deduction. Me or bank. My second complaint is that i[censored] charged AMC or additional charges why u don't sms me. Please shotout my problem earlier. And give satisfaction your costumers.

                    Transaction failed but money deducted but not refunded yet after 45days of complaint registration.

                    The transaction got failed but amount was debited from my account and i collected the slip generated from the edc.
                    Immidiately i went to uco bank branch and submitted a written application and attached the transaction slip as well.

                    In branch they told me that it will take only 7days, but unfortunately after that stipulated period i have visited my uco bank branch 3 times but yet not resolved.

                    I have also registered my grievance in uco bank official site ..

                        Dear Sir,
                        I have taken a Home Loan from UCO bank vide the above mentioned Loan Number on a floating rate basis and have been regularly paying my EMI.
                        But when I am checking my account status today, I am finding the rates that have been applied are not matching with the rates applicable at Uco Bank at those times.
                        For example, the current rate is at 9.70% (as on 5th Oct, 2015) but my statement shows Rate of interest as 10.75% .
                        The following is downloaded from Intranet, which shows ROI from 2010.

                        I had approached the Branch manager of the said Branch (Park Circus Branch- Kolkata 700014) who after much follow up corrected 1 month wrong interest .

                        But the error is happening from a period of 10-15 yrs.

                        Considering this difference, I would request to check the same and get back to me, within 7 days, on why the difference and what corrective measures has been taken to get this corrected.
                        I have been following up for over 2 months now with your local office but of no use.

                          Sir this is first time my two chaque are refund because of signature is not exactly matched. (dated on 5 and 6 feb 2016.)
                          sir it is not possible that signature in 2005 and in 2016 are same, it may be slightly differ.
                          because of that mater i have to pay some amount to sbi bank.
                          sir this is not a right way.
                          i am suffering trouble because of you.

                            My brother's wife is illiterate enough time doing sewing work clothes and new girls who also teaches sewing work from the old machine works is the desire to buy a new electrical machine is tailoring But, poor because he is so not worth.
                            I saw an ad in the newspaper in which Mudra Loan the loan is being paid through banks. Our village is 6 kilometers Asop big town where the bank is the only bank in which the o[censored]CO Bank. brother's wife and I was 27 January 2016 go to Uco Bank Asop Branch. But, sir, the manager has clearly saying to mind Our target is completed.

                            Please answer my questions.:
                            1. What is the target of the Mudra loan
                            2. How much target of mudra loan per month.
                            3. If the target is completed why spend so much on advertising

On 10/04/2016 i was go in uco bank to get mudra loan, but branch manager said to me that no any scheme is available here. When i comlaint in zonal office manager has give me form but he ask me for guaranter. In fact for mudra loan( under 50000) no guaranter required. But manager is not ready to understand anything.

                              I went to an atm of SBI to withdraw some money but this transaction was not complete after enter the amount atm machine windows was restart .I was not getting my amount but this amount has deducted from my account, amount is Rs2000.this happens on 11/01/2015 (15:04:35) I went to the bank for correction. Bank Manager said correction will come in few days. But till date. Money has not come back to my account.. Transaction detail.                                     I went to an atm of SBI to withdraw some money but this transaction and slip came out saying sorry amount was 10000 but this amount has deducted from my account this happens on Saturday on Monday I went to the bank for correction. Bank Manager said correction will come in few days. But till date. Money has not come back to my account.. Transaction No. 4064 dateed 29/03/2014. I am a taxi driver so l have to go on duty every day one day i listen about this site on radio then I thought that I can also fight for my money

                                      I had opened two years ago, traditional FD for Rs.1, 75, 000 online in Pondicherry Main Branch. But when I needed money prematurely, there is no option for premature closure. I hoped I could close it when I need it, even I am not in Pondicherry. I had shifted my SB A/c and offline FD A/c to Chennai. When I asked my Selaiyur branch, how to close this online FD A/c, they say I have to surrender FD receipt. I didn't get FD receipt for the online opened FD to surrender nor there is any online option to close the FD prematurely. On looking the online opening FD, I had to get the FD from the Main Branch to which my A/c is related. So even though it was easy to open online, I had to go to the Branch to get the FD receipt. in other banks, online deposits, the send the FDR through registered lost. Here, they neither send FDR online nor there is any option for closure. So when on maturity you will not have FDR to surrender nor you can close it online as it is easy to open. In effect, I am to lose my online FD to the bank on maturity. Even if I wrote to my accounts manager, from my A/c, there is no reply at all in spite of repeated requests either send the FD to my Chennai Branch or transfer the FD A/c itself to Chenna Branch. Worst UCO Internet Banking.

                                      I have made 3 fd online by mobile banking, but while breaking premature no option available on mobile banking, even unable to do it through ebanking also. The Customercare is always busy... simply the worst app and services.
