transaction failed, but money debited from my account, could not credited yet

On 24th aug, i was using union bank debit card to book jio phone. My transaction was failed but 500rs has been debited from my account.

A. What should i do?

complaint no.:-45216427 not yet received withdrawal amount

Dear Team,

On 31st July 2017 i had withdraw 500 Rs from The Nashik cooperative bank from Vashi APMC market but I did not received the amount from ATM On that day & the amount of 500 rs got debited from.my union bank of a/c, hence I raised the complaint on 5th August & as per TAT the amount should be credited into my union bank of a/c within 7 days.still i have not get received the deducted amount.

miss behaviour of branch manager & cashier

I m rishi keshri ac. No.[protected] wants to drawn your kind attention about the matter i went to the bank from raniganj branch (W. B) with some coins for deposit. Then the manger of this bank fob off me from deposits nd also told me balefully that you haven't need acct. Here nd told close acc. Go to other bank for open an account. Sir,
I dharmendra maddheshiya s/o om prakash maddhesiya from deoria. To support smart india and also save our time i have a transaction on date 09/08/2017. Time : 14:47. But money is debited my account and the receiver did not receive money from me. And showing transactionis failed.
