Worst branch of yours is in nagadenahalli, doddaballapur - gitam university branch. Staff here are so worst that they won't bother about customer and only rely on their convince. Here no cash will be accepted and branch operates on the instructions that they implement on their own for staff's convenience. Action should be taken so that no one faces such difficulties....

unprofessional conduct of branch manager

I've availed an education loan for uk higher education in union bank of india. The loan sanctioned letter given is not approved by experts because it highlights certain points that it implies the loan is not yet sanctioned. complaint regarding new manager at mumbai cotton green branch - 400033

Recently a new branch manager is appointed mr. Dilip, who is not customer friendly. The entire branch staff has been transfered recently and we as customers who have banked for 20 years have to face serious problems.

debit card + atm card / not working for online transactions

During our attempt to make online transaction, the initial few steps go smoothly and correctly.
Once we select bank name and click on the "make payment" option, a pop report appears on the screen saying "ubi debit card is unavailable at the moment. You can complete this transaction by using a different payment option."

This is about the deposit complaint. I sahil kapoor, a reliable customer of your bank went to my home bank branch for depositing money and asked them about my account number. I have told the official that there are two accounts, one is 3119 on the name of sahil kapoor and i need an another one to deposit my money. What official did was he gave me an account number and i deposited my money in that account number without asking any other thing....
