Today we went to UBI, Pawan Nagar branch for verifying the details for "Sel[censored]ser Creation" for Internet banking account. There our e-mail address was not present. Bank employee asked us to fill-up & submit KYC for with "E-mail ID" (We have already submitted KYC form) . In KYC form, there are 34 fields to be filled.
