i lost my debit card on 24th may 2015 and later gave a complaint to block my card on 4.11 p.m. and i got a msg saying card as been blocked, but on 25th may again some body as misused my card and withdrew 10000 two times totally 20000, again i called customer care and said the same and they said only now they are receiving the complaint, later again i called customer care on 28th may, they say the same thing that we did not get any call...
