not taken loan against st agri crop loan

Union bank of india, Kumbakonam branch, reference number [protected], this is regarding letter sent by the bank on 17/07/2014 ST AGRI CROP LOAN special settlement scheme 2014 for rs 4100. I have not taken any loan against ST AGRI CROP LOAN and even the address is wrong. I have recieved a letter a year back also.I went to the bank they said by mistake we have sent to you and i am getting many calls from bank to pay the interest amount...

Folio No. 186065, Certificate No.186155 in the name of Sapna Khurana to be dematerialized and credited in the aforesaid account. The same has not been credited till date. The same had been duly received by your officer on 15.05.2006 copy of which is enclosed.

I request you to look into the matter at the earliest....

faulty debit from savings without any kind of alert and information.

my saving a/c is debited by, 26800 INR, without my knowledge and concern, and when i asked to, call, helpline they don't give proper answer and asked me to contact branch, when i do the same, again miss guided and again asked me to call toll free.Now i am like a pendulum.with a complain no-5951070., against my account debit.
It's really shameful for a old and reputed bank, with such a lame excuse.

Insurance papers against education loan are not returned

I had education loan with union bank of india. They asked me to open life insurance policy against loan account and took original insurance papers from me. In 2009-10 I repaid entire loan amount- bank provided certificate saying loan amount has been repaid., but bank is not returning insurance papers. I have contacted them multiple times in last 4 years, still i haven't got insurance papers....

home loan sanction after 7 months, now 2nd part of loan not disbursing

As a first part of home loan, amount of Rs.5Lakh released.

Now manager is not releasing next part of loan amount.
