Cash retracted Transaction

I have deposited 23000/- in to an atm machine located at NRR BHAVAN OPP HOTEL ASHOKA WARANGAL TELANGANA 506001, But unfortunately machine gave me a print stating "Notes Retracted Please Contact Branch", immediately i have called to the customer care and explained the situation. i was suppose to use that money to get a laptop. About debited of rs. 236 for 2 months regular charges

KV Fee deducted from GPay but receipt not being generated

Negative balance charged for three years

Dear Sir / Madam,

My Union Bank of India savings account balance became negative for three years. "As per the RBI's policy, no bank is allowed to make account balance negative and recover those charges. They can make the balance zero and close the account."

But Union Bank of India charged me around 920 rupees as negative balance. I have raised request on their complaint portal but received no response yet.br...
