Actually by mistake I deposit amount to wrong account that account holder Union Bank of India.I send lot of mail to bank and directly visit nearest branch raise a complaint .And also I am a account holder in city Union bank . My bank side also raise a complaint and mail.But no response from Union bank side daily I send mail .I call customer care also no one support seriously worst service....

I tried taking out 2500 rupees from nearest ATM ON 11th june 2022. Money didn’t come out but it got deducted from my account in union bank. I lodged a complain against this. Customer care told me that it would take max 12 days for the refund but its been more than a month now. I have called so many times and everytime customer care says me that they will highlight my complaint. Worst customer care. Not at all helpful...
