Previously when I called I was told no funds and one month time is required. But I'm unable to reach them and I need it very urgently for family emergency. I'm helpless. PLEASE GIVE MY MONEY BACK. I have sent 2 indemnity bond for issuing of a FDR receipt but till date have not received any. The last time I called in July I was told that the indemnity bond has been received and after 15 days I will get the tracking number as you will be sending the same by post. Please share the tracking number so that I can check that.

Dear Sir, I am Pooja from chandigarh . I have two deposits in Unitech ltd company. company registered office is in Delhi. Both of my fdr are already matured on February 14, 2014. But still I didn't get any of my fdr from your side. Two of the employees naming Mr. Pradeep and Ms. Neha bali( head in fd ) in fd section already make me fool about the dispatched of fdr.its already six month but i haven't receive the fdr. My fdr no is 1209561 in the name of pooja dhir and 1209514 in the name of manish tandon amounted to Rs. 1, 75, 000/- each. Now the company is upfront refusing my request for dispatched of my both fdr. They are saying that they dont have funds in company. I really need my money back. Its a humble request plz take some strict action against the companyThis my last hope from your side. I shall be highly thankful to you. I have invested 50000/- wide FDR NO 1018671, Account No 1016074 under schemeB in Unitech Limited on[protected]. The interest payable was @12% p.a. The FD got matured on[protected] and the original FD was send by speed post on 3rd of Aril'2014 to the company. However, till date I have not received even my Principal as well as interest amount. Every time when I call the fdcustomercare at [protected] I get reply in the form of excuse that the payment is delayed from the Unitech Company. When I spoke to them in the last week of June 2014, I was told that settlement will be done in the last week of July or 1st week of August'2014. Now when I am trying to contact the number it seems that it has been disconnected. There is no response. I think the company is in huge crisis of debt and is not able to repay the investor money. Please look into the matter for settlement of the Dues.

sir, This is to inform you that my wife sonakshi saxena had invested 25000 rupees in unitech fd bonds in 26/10/2010. The fd has already matured in 26/10/2013. The matured amount which company had to be paid was 35650 rupees. But company had send only principal amount (25000 rs) at 10/06/2014 through check. we have send several mails to company executive mr . sourabh ( fixed deposit division) regarding remaining maturity payment, but we did not get any response from their side. Also we did several calls to them but nobody was responding. I purchased a 2bhk plus study 1730 square feet in Unitech Habitat, Greater Noida in Tower 2, Flat no. 703 in 2006 by taking a loan from HDFC.

Unitech was supposed to give the possession of the flat in 2009. It is 2014 April and there is no clue when the possession of the flat will be given.

I recently visited the complex and there is not a single worker working on completion of the flat and Unitech office there told me they have no idea when the possession will be given. There senior people like Rahul Sinha who is based out of Sec 96 office o[censored]nitech in Noida dont even pick up the phone.

I have been paying EMI since 2006 and would have already paid till now almost 25 lacs as EMI.

Wanted your esteemed organisation to take this up strongly with Unitech and suggest me the way forward.

I purchased a flat in 2006 in Unitech Horizon - they did not give the possession for 5 years. I must have sent many complaints to ICICI Bank too, who did not reply a single email of mine nor gave any proper answers when I called them over phone. I am an NRI. Giving up on them I stopped payment to Bank giving them plenty of notice and reminding them that I will stop payment if they did not respond - NO answer from ICICI Bank too.

It's Bank and Builders Nexus to gobble up money of those who are physically disatntl. Because when I visited India later and met Bank officials, they told me to give lumpsum of balance amount too otherwise they will auction the flat. I visited Unitech Horizon and the tower wasn't even ready. Waiting for 5 years and paying interest was not acceptable ( in fact its illegal in country where we live) I therefore asked the Bank to refund my money - No answer from ICICI Bank. I even told them that I will restart payments once the flat is ready - No answer from ICICI Bank again.

In India law does not work for common man or at best you require years to drag your feet to courts to fight and wish your luck of you get something. I therefore have been forced into a corner by them and looks like I have been royally cheated by ICICI Bank & Unitech

(I had paid 100% advance of over Rs45 Lakhs to Unitech at the time Unitech Horizon project was started).

Hello Sirs, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has passed 6 orders (that I am sure of) directing Unitech to refund the amount along with 18% interest per annum. It is a huge amount that you can reclaim. For the NRI guy, you can even get extra costs for mental agony, harassment, and expenditure incurred in travelling to India for the same (in one of the cases, the Commission awarded Rs 50K for mental agony and Rs 50K for harassment!), so please file a case in the National Commission if your claim is more than Rs 1 Crore, or State Commission, if it's between Rs 20 lakh-Rs 1 Crore!

My Unitech FD no - 1233797 Folio - 1247705. Amount - 3, 00, 000. Booked on 19.07.2013. Non-cumulative scheme. We received 3 IDBI post dated cheques from Unitech for the interest amount, whereas I opted for ECS at the time of booking the FD. Hence, I returned the cheques(original) in the month of December 2013 with an application and with a cancelled cheque of my account for electronic clearance. Till date I have received no money. Details of the cheque received from Unitech (which was returned) - IDBI - 092701 dated - 01.10.13 IDBI - 092702 dated - 01.01.14 IDBI - 092703 dated - 01.04.14 We tried to contact unitech representative via email. But he does not care to reply!!! Also, not responding over telephone. Contact me at - [protected]@gmail.com
