I had booked a plumber online from Urbanclap on Friday. He came without any instruments required. He went and told us that he will come again with all instruments (same thing he told us next day as well). But he never came in spite of repeatedly calling him. UrbanClap is not refunding me Rs. 350 that they have agreed to pay as a service refund since last one month. They have generated a fake transaction ID of paytm and have told me that they have refunded the amount. When I asked for a proof or a screenshot they denied and now they don't reply my emails.
