[Resolved]  Urban Company — Pest Control

I had booked pest control service in November 2024. But to my surprise within 15 days the cockroach reappear. During the revisit also the issue persisted and I tried connecting with the service agent to come during the warranty period but he kept delaying it. And today also he could not turn up due to some problem he encountered. I am sitting at home with all my kitchen item kept in living room as instructed just to hear him say that he is not coming. This is very disappointing and from now on I will not trust UC as I used to. I would probably think more than twice before booking any service. I was about to book for AC service also but I am not doing it now. I feel cheated by UC.
