Words are not enough to describe the ordeal I am going through after booking AC servicing with your company.
I booked my AC Service along with rectifying cooling issue on 13th March and servicing was done and gas filled by UC technician Abdul Shahed. He also assured with the gas filling cooling issue is solved.
But the cooling issue came back again after only 3 days after servicing. With utter disappointment I raised a complaint and that was attended by Mohammed Tabrez on 28th April. Again, the second technician did the same gas refilling blindly without checking the root cause. With no surprise the cooling issue cropped up again in a week. With disappointment again I raised a second complaint of the same cooling issue which was now attended by Mohammed Shafi and he too just filled the gas and went away saying the issue was solved. With no surprise the issue is back and I complained again this time again Mohammed Shafi was assigned to the job but he is neither visiting house or cancelling or transferring the job to others.
In this horrific ordeal I tried to reach out to him but he is not ready to come. One more disappointment is there is nowhere any helpline number o[censored]rban Company which can be reached to escalate this.
Hope this email reaches the right people and my issue is addressed at the earliest or compensation paid to the damage done to my AC. Was this information helpful? |
