[Resolved]  Vahathi Motors Driving School — Almost a year and no DL still!

Contacted Vahathi last Feb for DL renewal, they suggested getting a new DL is better, we paid Rs.8000. Got LL soon and in June went to RTO for biometric and photo. Nothing happened after that, hardly responded to calls and messages. If they did pick up, excuse was to blame somebody else. By this time LL also expired. November they come with reasons saying some raid in RTO, hence the delay. As a second option they suggested that they can try to renew earlier license itself. Gave my original DL and necessary documents in Dec, they promised it would be done in 20 to 30 days. No progress since then. Again hardly responds to calls and messages and the only replies are either "raid in rto", or "backlog done, waiting for approval", or "wait madam". I am done with waiting!!! It is almost a year, I want the money and my documents back. Tried to avoid raising a complaint to the maximum extent possible, but I have no option now. This is affecting my work and my peace, don't want to drag it further.
