[Resolved]  Vahathi Motors Driving School — No Services Provided - Refund Pending since 3 months - Rs.15824

We have purchased an old car from our relative and wanted to get the following 3 services from the Vahathi Motors Driving School (Shankar)

Change of Address
Transfer of Ownership
Re Registration

They have taken Road tax amount (168724) and services Amount (15000).

The date on which the amount was given was 03-Jan[protected] and later the rest of the payment was done a month later.

The 15824 is still pending with them and i have been contininiusly calling and writing mail to them.

Please help me in this regard.
