I had booked 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers driving classes with Vahathi. I had also paid for getting driving license and merging 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers license at Vahathi. Attached Invoices for the same.
Getting every class scheduled with Vahathi was a battle for me with constantly calling them several times. I still forced 15 classes that i paid for, from them somehow. They changed 3 trainers for me within this 15 classes and it started in December and was dragged till February end to finish 15 classes.
I asked them a Refund for 2 wheelers classes and they have been giving excuses and just making a fool out of me by giving me false hopes of sending it via UPI sometime, telling me to come collect cash sometime, asking me address to send someone to deliver the cash sometime. Now they don't even pick up my calls anymore or respond to whatsapp chat on the official number.
I am fed up of calling them 20 times a day to get my refund back.
I also understood that they will neither get my DL done nor merge the licenses.
So now, i want the amount for 2 wheelers classes (3000) + DL amount (3000) + Merging Licenses amount (1000) - Reductions (2000) = Rs. 5000 back.
Please help me getting 5000 rupees refund from Vahathi. I am tired of this battle with them.
