Onida led tv

I have purchased the tv for 50, 000 on 30.10.2016 and the billing person told me that it will be delivered on next day and installation will be done within 2 days. I have not got the product so far and there is no proper response for the customer. All numbers that I try are busy and unable to even reach them. I got connected once and they promise to deliver it by next day...but no luck...completely frustrated with the SERVICE. If you don't...

Unethically priced/billed /dispatched all has different products information

It is totally unethical in vasanth and co, adyar branch. chennai trade centre had a sale on oct 22nd, the sales person showed the daikin invertor split ac product and negotiated the price for invertor ac. the product was typed in bill wih different product information for the price of invertor, which i am totally unaware of the product codes.

The product was sent with different product the indoor unit as 3 star unit and outdoor...

Videocon led tv damaged

I have purchased videocon led tv at vasanth & co on 22nd oct 2016 at chennai trade center. it was delivered to home at 10.30p. m on 28.10.2016. videocon service person came to home yesterday and informed me that the tv is damaged, the same informed to vasanth & co manager mr. prasanna, so i kindly request you to replace the new piece and resolve the issue. look forward your confirmation mail in this regard.

Delivery not ontime

On 22nd october i went to nadambakkam (vasanth & co/trade fare) and brought refrigerator/washing machine/stabilizer which cost nearly 30, 000/-. when i swiped the credit card i clearly checked with the billing person it's free of delivery or any cost involved; he told it's free delivery. yesterday i got a call from delivery team and demanding for rs.700/- for delivery charge after negotiation i’m agreed to pay 50%- but till now the product...

We have received LED KDL-50W800D Sony make TV by now and as per sony offer blue ray player also supplied along with TV.

We observed that that blue ray player already package opened with we received from the load auto and i have talked regarding this with T.nagar Vasanth & Co dealer but they talked with us with high pitch voice and refused it also.

I have purchased Whirlpool DC Fridge on 22nd Oct 2016 at Chennai Trade Center.

The agreed and receipt amount was for Rs. 12300 for Fridge and 300 for Finance Processing Charges. So Total Rs.12600.

But when i got the invoice at the time of delivery the invoice was done for Rs.13200 Plus Rs. 300 delivery charges and EMI was given for Rs.1300...

Lg tv 32 lh604t / samsung microwave oven - product not delivered

I have purchased lg tv and samsung microwave oven at chennai trade centre, expo on 23.10.16.
Vasanth & co persons assured to deliver the product by 24.10.16.
But till now (26.10.16) we have not received the product and no communication from vasanth & co regarding deliver of the product.
I very much disappointed and i thinking in future not to purchase any product from vasanth & co and recommended to any of my friends...

I ordered a double door refrigerator in vasanth & Co saidapet (kaveri nagar) branch on 10/10/2016 . when the time I place my order that representative said my order will be deliver on 10/13/2016. I call the representative to track my order on 10/13/2016 that she said that colour is not available. so she suggested me to change the colour after my expected delivery date. I strictly told them to deliver my selected colour. I gave one more day...

Customer Service is not well

Karur branch manager is not responding well,
Actually we bot one video-con washing machine automated on 19/10/2015 as a gift to my sister but its functionally not working properly and the waters are not drain after finished the washing.The problem is still we din't receive any service boy regarding this .???we informed more about our products fault, he is using unnecessary words to us.we have a warranty also but no use so more disappointed...

I purchased LG FH096WDL24 model washing machine today, that is, 21-Sep-16. The original price quoted was INR32, 800. However, when we went on to pay the bill the revised quote was INR33, 800.
